Age requirements
How old do I need to be to use Digibae?
You must be at least 18. Anyone under 18 may not use Digibae, even with a parent's or guardian's permission. See our Terms of Service andPrivacy Policy for details.
Renders
My render failed or was refused. Did I lose a credit?
No. If a render fails, times out or is blocked by a safety check, the credit goes back automatically. Try another photo: clear, well-lit selfies of one face work best.
Why does my free render have a date stamp?
Free renders get a small "digibae" date stamp in the corner. Renders paid with a plan or a credit pack don't.
Where did my render go?
Save or share a render as soon as it's ready. We delete renders from our server within 24 hours, so we can't send one again after that.
Subscriptions and credits
How do I cancel?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Digibae. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments, so refunds are requested from Apple atreportaproblem.apple.com.
I got a new phone. How do I get my subscription back?
Open the plans screen in Digibae and tap Restore Purchases. If credits from a credit pack didn't come back, email us with your App Store order ID (it's in Apple's receipt email) and we'll sort it out.

Reporting misuse
If you see a Digibae render of you that was made without your permission, or anything else that breaks ourTerms, email us with as much detail as you can.
